Join Organic Farmer and Health Enthusiast, Terri Jagger Blincoe of Ladybug
Farms, to learn more about simple and nutritious ways to prepare peak season
produce. Each month, Terri will feature a different fresh vegetable from her
nearby farm and prepare a quick and easy dish using five ingredients or less. May's Farm Food Favorite is SPRING GREENS! Participants will have an opportunity
to create and taste Terri's healthy dish.
